"Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!"

"The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful.
However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention:
- the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor
- the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed
- the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush
We took care of those issues...

"This location and condo was wonderful! The amenities were amazing and my kids loved the game room and pool. Our only complaint was that the pull out was broken. We had a family of 6 and had to attempt to put the pull out bed back together (springs detached from the base and was badly ripped up) other than that it was a wonderful stay! Parking garage was difficult and hard to figure out and drive thru but once we parked, we didn’t need our car again bc we walked everywhere.
