"Very clean condo with updated bathrooms and paint. Cute decorations. Lots of options for cooking, utensils, soap, etc. Communication from owner was great. Easy check in/out process. Beautiful outdoor surroundings. Slept 6 people without any issues. No air conditioning, but fans were available to use."

"Our escape to this quiet neighborhood was just what we needed! The house was accommodated with almost everything I'd envision guests would need for a comfortable stay. The only recommendation would be to provide a variety of size in skillets (I could not find a single one in the kitchen) and update some of the cookware for the families that prefer to make a grocery run and eat most meals at the rental property."

"This place exceeded expectations! We had a fabulous time calling Jennifer's place home for the week. It's in the perfect location - close to Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Breckenridge and more. Plenty of hiking and biking options. The place is immaculate and has any amenity that you could ever want. The huge picture window in the main space provides a beautiful view of Dillon Lake and the surrounding mountains - wonderful to wake up to every morning! There is a trail head right around the corner, so easy to get outside and hike without driving anywhere. The deck is amazing - very spacious and plenty of room to move about. What a view! We would hang out there every evening by the fire pit, just talking about the day and planning the next day. Communication with Jennifer was super quick, as she proved to be very reliable in responding to any question we had and was very willing to address any problem should one arise (we had zero issues). I look forward to future Silverthorne trips and stays in this beautiful location!"

"The interior of the condo was clean. However, we were unaware of the maintenance the property was undergoing. The listing showed only "15" steps to get into the condo. With the maintenance they were doing, the main steps were out and we had to go down a long walkway with steps, then up a set of steps to get into the building. Then another set of stairs in the vestibule to get down to the condo. We most likely would have cancelled this listing if we had known about the work. The host was great when we needed to communicate."

"We loved our stay! The house was in a great location and the views were beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked that made cooking meals very easy. There were 12 in our party and the home was comfortable for all of us. The owners were very responsive. If we’re ever back in that area we would rent this home again."
