"The staff and hotel were great. Our room was directly below the terrace restaurant and one night there was a wedding party. The noise level was pretty awful. I would still recommend the hotel. Very close to the path, right across water from Manhattan, beautiful views. Super easy to get around the city."

"The room was large and clean. May have been under renovation as the baseboards and a dresser (property photos showed one in the rooms) were missing. Neither of those impacted our stay. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. Only issue was the shower, but it did the job. Not enough to impact our stay. I will definitely stay here if I travel to the area again."
"The convenience to the airport and the availability of a shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. The comfortable bed and pillows was a bonus. The café was also a bonus for easy to grab sandwiches and drinks. They are in the process of updating the interior which is a good thing. It needs it! Room was clean so I over looked the tired appearance."
"People were nice and staff really helpful from the driver to the cleaning staff and reception. Food was good but the staff were really kind and helpful."
"Very pleasant stay. Very clean and a very helpful staff. Valet was amazing! And the food at The Exchange (hotel restaurant) was simply great!"
"Accessible and comfortable"
"The front desk Host was very polite and awesome!!! I would definitely stay there again."
