"HOTEL RAZOÁVEL. LOCALIZAÇÃO EM FRENTE À RODOVIÁRIA CENTRAL DE PORTO ALEGRE COM ÔNUS . BOA RECEPÇÃO. SERVIÇO DE QUARTOS MUITO RUIM . CAFÉ DA MANHÃ RUIM , COM POUQUÍSSIMAS VARIEDADES, SEM MANTEIGA E USO INCOMPREENSÍVEL DE MARGARINA A GRANEL. SUCOS ARTIFICIAIS, PÃES DE QUEIJO E FRANCÊSES HORRÍVEIS."

"A hospedagem no geral foi bem tranquila. Não tivemos barulho nos quartos e visivelmente o quarto estava limpo. No banheiro, a equipe de limpeza precisa caprichar na limpeza da saída de ar logo acima do vaso sanitário(estava cheio de sujeira). Em relação ao café da manhã, achamos bem mediano(basicamente é pão, queijos, presuntos e bolos), mas como não ficamos muitos dias não foi um problema. A equipe de recepção foi muito solicita e nos tirou todas as dúvidas. Por último, o serviço de estacionamento e manobristas do próprio hotel funcionou perfeitamente! O manobrista foi um querido e muito gentil, estendo o meu elogio ao manobrista da madrugada do dia 09/03, acredito que ele não seja brasileiro pelo sotaque. Não lembro o nome. "
