"Stayed at hotel recently on 2 occassions. Overall hotel was clean, but bathrooms in need of upgrades. Some rust in bathtubs, loose wallpaper. Breakfast was so-so"

"was the breakfast menu fresh? the honey buns were freshly frozen. the breakfast was terrible. Do not stay here! the staff can barely speak English, there were people fighting in the corridor at 5am and the staff did nothing, 3 nights no housekeeping, and the final slap was when I reserved a room for 4 nights and paid at the hotel. I was in town for work and the job ended a day early. I told the front desk I would be leaving a day early and was told I would get refunded for my final day. I was told it would be deposited in my account 4 to 5 days later. I gave them 7 and no refund. I call the fleabag hotel and was told I had to call hotels.com and once hotels com contacted the econolodge they would refund my final night. I called hotels.com and the person I spoke with called the hotel to release my refund and they told him that their policy is something where they won't refund my money. Avoid this place unless you need to buy some meth. "
