Welcome to your hillside getaway in the Algarve, where panoramic views meet total privacy.



Set in an elevated position overlooking the coast and nearby islands, this spacious villa offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by green hills and nature. With generous indoor and outdoor areas, it is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, tranquillity and easy access to local amenities by car.



Step inside to four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged for convenience. The first floor hosts three bedrooms: one double with private en-suite bathroom, one double and one twin sharing a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a further twin bedroom with access to a shared bathroom. All first-floor bedrooms have air conditioning, while the ground-floor bedroom is equipped with a fan.



The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtimes simple, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and all essential kitchenware. Just outside, a charcoal BBQ and outdoor dining area invite relaxed al fresco meals with a view. The large living room combines lounge and dining spaces and features a fireplace for cooler evenings, Wi‑Fi, TV with UK channels (such as BBC and ITV), and a pool table for laid-back entertainment at home.



Outside, the villa has a 10 5 metre swimming pool (depth 1.2–2.6 m), surrounded by sun loungers and multiple seating areas on the terrace, creating an inviting space. Pool heating is available between April and October with 48 h notice and at an additional cost, subject to suitable weather conditions. There is also ample private parking on the property.

Comfortable villa with good facilities. Beautiful views towards Faro and the Algarve coast from the terrace and pool. Good-sized clean pool plenty of space to sit and read, dine, and relax in the sunshine. Faro and the central Algarve coast with easy reach. Good supermarkets in Faro and other nearby towns

Lovely villa, great time!

We had a great time at the villa. Good location that was far enough from the busy areas to feel peaceful but close enough to feel easy for food/airport etc. The villa was clean and spacious. The management team was responsive and quick to help us out if needed.Our main critique would be that the downstairs bedroom does not have air conditioning like the upstairs ones - it got extremely hot in there. It would also have been nice to have some umbrellas to create some shade around the pool. Overall a fabulous experience though!

Escape in Algarve

Beautiful house with amazing views on the mountain and ocean. The rooms are big and comfy, the house is nicely equipped. Some features have started to age, nothing major but a few upgrades could help to stay above the average!

5 month winter holiday with a view

Beautiful view, very spacious house, very quiet location. Staff was generally quite accommodating. During the time we spent (winter 5 months) the house leaked badly with one leak from the upstairs bathroom into the living room that rendered that shower unusable. Multiple other leaks. The house itself has many cracks in ceilings and walls. The fireplace had no screen, was way too small and was unusable for heating such a large room. The house is definitely very cold in the winter and guests would need to provide more than one heater for the downstairs area. Also, very few electric plugs in the living/dining room area. We should have been advised in advance that we would not be able to use the garage. Finally, TV stations are pretty much unusable with zero movie channels.....this was reported but no response ever received.

Great all round stay, quiet location and good size villa and pool. Pool table was a great extra One tip would be to say that the dartboard that can be bought for extra is plastic and not a proper felt dartboard

Beautiful Estoi Villa

We all really enjoyed our stay at this villa, it's very beautiful and has a great view. The villa has all the accommodations of a home. Everybody enjoyed the pool and pool table. The only thing i'd sugguest doing is maybe sending a map or detailed directions to the guest before arrival, because we did get lost looking for the villa. The address they sent us said, Faro,Faro and the rental van GPS didn't know that address it's in Estoi. Also we had ten guests and only received eight big bath towels the other two family members had to use smaller towels. All in all a very enjoyable time was had there. Thanks!!!
