  • Specious private villa for rent in Algarve near a market town of Olhao with 5 bedrooms, 3 +1 bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, parking for several cars, a secure garden with mountain views and distant sea view from the roof terrace.

    Newly renovated and fully air-conditioned villa is arranged over 2 floors with 5 steps to walk and has 2 en-suites, one of it is on the ground floor, a family bathroom with a shower over the bathtub and the 4th shower-room/changing room is at the terrace and serves those who use a swimming pool and patios.

    3 bedrooms are upstairs. en-suite,master bedroom has a superking size bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds which can be moved together.

    On the ground floor is the forth bedroom with a double bed and the fith en-suite bedroom with 2 single beds which can be moved together,
    Here you will also find a fully-equipped kitchen-diner, a big living room with a formal dining area, a fireplace, two leather reclining sofas and 55 inch flat TV set. It contains internet wireless connection, internet television, fireplace, solar panels, air conditioning in all bedrooms, kitchen and living room area.



    The villa is conveniently located just 15 min drive from Faro airport and between the old market town of Estoi (2 min) with its Roman ruins of Milreu and baroque Estoi Palace and the town of Olhao (7 min drive) with its charming Old town, marina, promenade, train station, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, medical centre and Ria Formosa National park.

    It is easy to explore Algarve as many golf courses, water parks, beaches and towns of Tavira, Loule, Vilamoura and Albufeira are just 20-30 mins away. And only half an hour drive to the Spanish boarder.

    This villa is perfect for a holiday with family and friends. It contains wireless connection, internet television, fireplace, solar panels, air conditioning in all bedrooms, kitchen and living room area.

    Outside we provide a BBQ & a tennis court for guests use.

Great Stay!

The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a lovely big pool and large gazebo for shade and family meals. Estoi, Olhao and Faro within very easy reach by car/Taxi

Our stay at Villa Lara was amazing from start to finish. The property was perfect for our needs. The little touches like the tennis courts and the pool were a big hit with the teenagers as well as the added extras offered by Larissa in the way of jewellery making and massages for the adults. Raymond and Larissa were extremely welcoming and the communication before our arrival was excellent. As we had a late flight on the day of departure they allowed us to leave our bags at the property until late afternoon which made the transition much easier with our large party of 10. The location of the property was perfectly described and the town of Estoi was easily accessible. The recommendations of restuarants and places to visit suited our needs perfectly. Thankyou for a great stay and would recommend in a heartbeat.

Wonderful property

Wow! Villa Lara is a beautiful place to stay and recharge your batteries. Ray & Larissa are lovely attentive hosts, they live on site in an annexe on the side and are available to help with any issues that you may have, we only needed a new light bulb. With 10 of us staying, we were concerned that we may be under each others feet but that is not the case. The villa is so spacious and well laid out. The pool is wonderful and after being out all day, it is lovely to come back to, to cool off and relax in the garden or on the verandah. It is only a 10/15 minute drive to Olhao, where there are many restaurants and the ferry to lovely beaches. Thank you to Ray & Larissa for allowing us to stay in your lovely home, we had to can else the previous year due to Covid restrictions and Ray was so helpful in changing our dates. Well worth the wait. We will definitely stay again.

Belle villa, cependant surprise en arrivant nous apprenons que les propriétaires habitent au sous sol de la villa. S'en ai suivi au fil des jours de la location la visite du propriétaire tous les jours à n'importe qu'elle heure de la journée, qui montait par l'intérieur comme il le voulait, prétextant résoudre un soucis d'internet (qui n'a pas fonctionnait le long du séjour), il tondait sa pelouse pendant que nous étions à la piscine, couper ses haies etc... Au moment du départ pour rendre les clés nous nous sommes fait hurler dessus car nous avons sonné à l'entrée de leur sous sol pour leur rendre. Et quelques jours après notre départ, nous apprenons par Abritel que monsieur souhaite que nous réglions 50 euros pour un robinet de cuisine qui ne pivotait pas (il n'a jamais pivoté) bref à fuir! Je vous passe le détails des restrictions de règles à suivre pendant votre séjour. Je tiens à préciser que nous passions des vacances en famille avec des enfants.
