"Great location, easy to find. Clean and modern, all the amenities you need in a room. Only the bed was a bit squeaky, small and right on the wall which you easily hit when you turned. Only reason why I rated 4 out of 5. The breakfast buffet was excellent and all staff polite, helpful and professional."

"The staff were top notch, very educated about the property and the surrounding areas. The room was incredible, very sound proof, and breakfast was deliscious with local products. Secure parking, great unheated pool. Highly recommend. "

"Very clean room. Sky TV watchable in Junior Suite. Breakfast was various and wonderful. Outside street parking is possible, but I parked in the garage which cost additional 15EUR. To get to the room, it was like a labyrinth."

"Nice stay, strategically positioned between Pisa and Lucca. Need a car to reach the train station. Our stay was in Autumn and we didn't try the swimming pool"

"A stunningly beautiful property with amazing views. This was our 2nd visit in the last 8 years and the owner has made a few improvements such as adding A/C but without compromising the Tuscan charm. We love this villa!! A particular highlight was a local chef Daniela coming to prepare a delicious 4 course meal for us - including the best tiramisu we’ve ever had! Thank you so much Marco for a wonderful stay"

"As four able-bodied adults, Villa Limone worked out really well for us. The cottage is in an elevated peaceful location on the edge of a great little town, which has plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. The final 100m drive up to the villa is tricky for the uninitiated, so we were glad not to have a car! The highlight of the villa is the large private well-maintained pool with a wonderful view, plus well-functioning air con. The wifi glitched a bit, but this was outside the owner’s control - Tommaso was very responsive to any queries we had and we were very grateful for his help with our luggage on the final day! The kitchen/living/dining area would probably be small for more than four people and the furniture/light fittings etc were a little tired, but this didn’t bother us, we had a great time at Villa Limone. "The property was as described and has the most beautiful view of the local village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Thommaso was a great host. We were very comfortable and as a family of 4 adults ,appreciated the 3 bathrooms. The road up to the property was initially a bit daunting but it is well built and maintained and proved brilliant in wet weather.We were all sad to leave."
