"This lovely B and B is not in Vicopisano, it is a 10 minute drive away. That said, it is a beautiful building, the hosts were really lovely, and the breakfast was really nice. Food in the restaurant is also really nice and the house red wine is gorgeous. The bead is also really comfy. It is next to a busy main road, but quadruple glazing really helps. A great place out of the city as a base to explore the region. You will need a car. There is also a great pizzeria juts a few doors along the street."

"Serena, my VRBO host, communicated with me extremely well upon arrival. Given the location of the villa, she met me at a local store and escorted me to the property. The space was clean, and the property afforded beautiful views of the Pisan mountains. It was wonderful to hear birds, church bells, and the sound of a stream nearby while relaxing in the primary bedroom. Be mindful of the drive into the property when booking, which involves narrow and unpaved paths in certain sections. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!"

"We wanted a quiet hotel away from the city but close to the airport.( 14 km) This was ideal a hidden gem. Beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast. They don't do evening meals but there are plenty of options within a 10 mins drive. It is very rural area. Seems popular with Italian film stars for some reason given the photos in the reception office."

Nice bar around the corner open till late, but needed to go into the city to find somewhere to eat Our only issue was the advertised pool was not open, though clearly had been When we asked about it the owner said no We went down to the pool area to sit out and he was there covering it up so clearly had been open"

"We stayed in tommasos beautiful House in the olive yards for one week in May. Tommaso was really friendly and helpful, making suggestions for local Food Spots, beaches and always responded quickly when there was a Problem.The house and Pool were tidy and clean and very spacious. We can truly recommend a stay there"

"If you’re looking for the perfect blend of luxury and bliss then Villa Scorzi is the property for you. We stayed for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away by literally everything. From the beautiful, huge, comfortable suite, to the grounds and pristine pool everything was stunning. Not to mention the best breakfast spread we have ever had, even with coffee orders taken. We will recommend Villa Scorzi to everyone who has Tuscany on their itinerary!!! ❤️❤️❤️"

"Very nice house in very good condition and beautiful location. Wonderful view from the outside table. Doors and windows have screens. Kitchen is functional and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable and don't sag. Lighting inside the house is good. Clothes-drying rack is big enough to be functional. It's a short walk into La Pieve (though you do have to watch out for cars a bit in the first part of the walk). La Pieve is a very pleasant and interesting little place, with a nice bookstore and a good-sized eleventh-century church, not to mention cafes, bars, etc. Co-op supermarket is very close by; you can walk there if you are ambitious enough to carry your groceries back; otherwise, it is a short drive. Our only minor criticism is that we would recommend upgrading the pillows to something thicker and more substantial. Owner is very pleasant to interact with."
