"We were a group of 4, 2 single people, one couple.We loved the view and the swimming pool. Every double room had its own ensuite. However the Romeo and Juliette ensuite was located just outside the bedroom. All ensuites were clean.Antonio and Silvia were very welcoming and at hand if there are any issues . They were fantastic hosts.There is plenty of room and the parking space accommodated our 5 seater car.The accommodation oozes character with interesting nooks and quiet spaces to read a book.Most probably not suitable for very young children due to stairs.The property is secluded. Good idea to come with your groceries and toiletries and maybe a few dishwasher tablets and laundry powder.There is a resident cat, very polite and loveable.Some may find the road challenging, would not recommend arriving for the first time after dark.Lovely resturants in the village of Vicopisano (driving distance).We would have preferred a less cluttered kitchen. The kitchen is a bit tired but we managed. We came for quiet, views and swimming pool. The property delivered these three things very well.Due to location we would have appreciated some tea and coffee on arrival. We were welcomed with a bowl of fruit and bottles of water as not recommended to drink the tap water.Ensure you have your own shampoo and conditioner.Due to location, a better set up kitchen would have made this place ideal.All in all, we enjoyed our stay."

Tranquilité absolue La piscine est parfaite tant par sa proportion, sa propreté et sa température. Un espace avec table et chaises près de la piscine aurait été appréciable pour les apéritifs de fin de journée : à y réfléchir .. La villa est idéalement située pour aller visiter Pise, Florence et les nombreux points d'intérêts de la Toscane. L'organisation avec Tuscanhouses est irréprochable : arrivée / départ / conseils Nous avons passé un séjour divin Merci !!"

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful two level apartment. It was tastefully decorated, very spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The shared pool area was excellent. Although it was shared with four other apartments, it never felt crowded, and each apartment had its own reserved table and sun loungers, which made it very convenient.Vicopisano is a charming medieval town with a lovely atmosphere and several excellent restaurants within walking distance. It was a perfect base for exploring Tuscany while enjoying a peaceful and authentic Italian village.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."
