"Dear Max and John,Thank you so much. We really enjoyed the stay, and even though it was exceptionally hot, as expected, it was a great place to stay. The house is nicely situated in the countryside, however close enough to everything to visit, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, San Gimignano, Cecina and so much more. The house had everything we may have needed, absolutely enough room for everyone (We were 8) and the view from each of the balkonies was breathtaking. We also had the pleasure to get to know your parents who invited us over for coffee, which we enjoyed very much. Thank you very much again for an unforgettable vacation in one of the most beautiful places in Europe."

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful two level apartment. It was tastefully decorated, very spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The shared pool area was excellent. Although it was shared with four other apartments, it never felt crowded, and each apartment had its own reserved table and sun loungers, which made it very convenient.Vicopisano is a charming medieval town with a lovely atmosphere and several excellent restaurants within walking distance. It was a perfect base for exploring Tuscany while enjoying a peaceful and authentic Italian village.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Amazing location, quiet but still close to the main roads. Staff is very helpful and lovely, they are trying to help with whatever you need. Rooms are quiet, guaranteed a good night sleep. We had two dinners and food was great so was the service! Breakfast is also amazing as they try to vary food every day so it doesn’t get boring. We will definitely return :-)"
