Villa Simona with garden, located in Favara, offers you a splendid view of the nearby sea. The 120 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, books and toys for children. A cot is also available on request. The spacious outdoor area includes a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue and playground.

The house was very clean and had a wonderful view. The host was very helpful during check in showing us the property. I'd recommend this place if you're in the Agrigento area!

Pros: De host was erg gastvrij en vriendelijk. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras was mooi. Met de auto reed je snel naar de toeristische plekken. Prima keuken om zelf te koken.

Ferienwohnung mit Charme und Weitblick

Das Haus besteht aus zwei großzügigen Ferienwohnungen, die zusammen oder einzeln gebucht werden können. Die Lage des Hauses entsprach unseren Wünschen nach Ruhe und weiter Aussicht. Die von uns genutzte Wohnung in der unteren Etage ist mit einer großen Terrasse, die auch einen sicheren Platz für das Auto bietet, wohnlich eingerichtet. Neben der Sauberkeit überzeugt die Ausstattung in der Küche und den Bädern. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Es fänden vier Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern Platz, in dem großen Doppelbett schliefen wir auf jeden Fall hervorragend. Die große Steinterrasse ist mit Blick über den kleinen Olivenhain ein Ort, den man gar nicht verlassen will, weil der Ausblick bis zum Meer grandios ist. Bei Regen und Wind findet man die gleiche Aussicht auch aus der Glasveranda, die mit großem Esstisch für alle Mahlzeiten perfekt ist. All das gibt der Onlinauftritt genau wieder und eigentlich ist es noch viel schöner! Der Kontakt zu den überaus netten Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr gastfreundlich. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgebenfamilie!
