Villa Simona with garden, located in Favara, offers you a splendid view of the nearby sea. The 120 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, books and toys for children. A cot is also available on request. The spacious outdoor area includes a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue and playground.



The villa is located a short distance from numerous attractions: 6 km from the Valley of the Temples, 7 km from San Leone, 8 km from Agrigento, 12 km from Porto Empedocle, 14 km from Scala dei Turchi and 100 km from Selinunte. Public transport is available about 3 km away.
