"My friend and I had a wonderful stay at The Cave for her special birthday. The staff were very efficient and helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Both the restaurants were superb couldn’t fault anything. Very nice and clean rooms, with tea/coffe facilities and a in room bar/snack fridge. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! And we’ll definitely be back!"

"We arrived late at night tired hot and hungry.Staff was very welcoming and we were amazed to find they serve freshly made pizza 24 hrs and their bar was open..the cold beer was wonderful.Room great with very good ac which isnt always the case in UK. Next day staff rescued us by getting us a reliable taxi to London when our ride service cancelled us at last minute. Location in old section of Canterbury is perfect. Every single staff member was wonderful. Highly recommend!"

"Nice room but bit noisy looking on high street with vehicles and drunks playing music opposite for a while - as no double glazing / sound proofing. Air conditioning unit leaked water onto table and wet belongings but managed to dry out overnight. Breakfast was okay but continental and not much choice and no ham / cheese / pastries as would be expected. Extra charge for cooked English breakfast / Eggs Royale etc at £10 was too much - we were only charged extra £3 for this at a 5 star hotel we stayed at after this…. Parking at £25 per night is way too expensive and used castle street parking for only £29 fo 2 days there."

"Lovely hotel near beach but air con was not switched on when arriving on very hot day, so room was very hot and took a while to cool it down, also air conditioning was too cold in living room but not cold enough in bedroom. Breakfast was good with just a little extra charge for Eggs Royale which was fine. Lovely views from room of beachfront"
