"We enjoyed our stay in this cute guest house. It was thoughtfully laid out and supplied. The owners were kind and considerate. We used the hotplate to make breakfast each morning and ate out by the pool. The beach and downtown were within short driving distances. We visited Pepper Park Beach which was quiet and not too busy. "Sketchy neighborhood, very run down. Owner insisted in addictional$40 deposit which was returned but not the norm for a 3rd party reservation. They were insisting on cash but wouldn't give me a receipt so opted for c/c so I could dispute if not returned. For the $80 I paid not worth it and would keep looking "
"I don't understand the bad reviews. If you had bedbugs, shower broke, fridge broke, I definitely get it. But, it's a budget hotel, so expect budget. Book ahead of time and don't expect 5 star service. Do your homework. If you need a place to stay for a few nights while in town, don't overlook it. I'd stay there again."
