"Kurt and Melody’s place is exactly what you want from a beach rental. It’s close to the water, completely decked out in charming beach decor—from the table settings and throw pillows to the little bathroom touches. Everything has that thoughtful beach feel without overdoing it.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and they left us a nice welcome: two glasses, fresh flowers, and a bottle of white wine. Small details like that make a real difference and show how much the owners care.We had the beach umbrella and chairs their unit is supplied with set up within minutes. The vibe of the place genuinely made us feel like we were on vacation the moment we walked in! Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Absolutely perfect stay!! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Spotless, beautifully updated and beachy decorated! The hosts are amazing and friendly! Only a phone call away and there in a timely manner, if needed! Another plus everything is here that you need, to have a great time at the beach. Which is a few minute walk in the gated community! Best part is...you will feel as if it's your own private beach. Bring a volleyball, if you want to play on the beach they have a net as soon as you get onto the sand. The pools are awesome as well, if you want to skip the beach and have a pool party! Have a great time in paradise everyone!"

"This is a great property for a large group!Lots of beds and bathrooms along with a very well stocked kitchen and nice pool and outside area. Lots of big TV’, a bar and pool table. Inside was very clean. Host communicated very well and everything was easy. There is a train that runs many times very close to the house. Day and night. It could be bothersome to some. There are not a lot of choices for large groups in this area and we were happy with our selection."

"This was a lovely condo inside of a great community. Several pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, ocean access. The condo was clean and very well appointed (however bring your own toilet paper and paper towels). The bed was comfy and the linens were fresh. The host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."
