The air conditioning is set to a fixed temperature, and guests are unable to lower it when the rooms become uncomfortably hot. As a result, the rooms feel excessively warm, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
