"Location was convenient to our purpose for visiting the area for 2 nights. Initially staff was rather rude. Took an extended phone call after beginning the process of our check-in, rather than put the call on hold for a couple of minutes. Fancy coffee machine in common area cannot adequately serve all guests. There was 3-5 people in line for coffee at any given time in the mornings. Additionally it malfunctioned & needed servicing at least twice during our brief stay. "Hot" breakfast items, while rather tasty, were not tended to efficiently, patrons had to ask for attendance. Bed was squeaky due to metal base and king mattress was quite lumpy & worn. Pillows were fine. A/c unit was pleasantly quiet. Mini fridge & microwave were enclosed in the closet which was great for noise abatement & glowing lights. Parking in their lot, while convenient, spaces were unnecessarily small & tight. Which isn't good with luggage to manage."
