The property is located in Feltre, a picturesque town rich in history and culture, nestled at the foot of the Dolomites, in a quiet area just a short distance from the historic centre, characterised by cobblestone streets and medieval and Renaissance buildings.<br><br>The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small balcony.<br><br><br><br>CIR: 025021-LOC-00114<br><br>CIN: IT025021B4998EVZOR<br><br><br><br>The apartment is laid out as follows:<br><br>- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the SMALL BALCONY;<br><br>- KITCHEN and DINING AREA with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, and dining table;<br><br>- BEDROOM with a double bed, desk, and closet; <br><br>- BATHROOM (one step inside) with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited pocket Wi-Fi, independent heating, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer. <br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: The garden is NOT available for use. You cannot park in the garden or drive a car to reach the apartment (building rule).<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: Bicycles cannot be left outside the building’s main entrance. Bicycles can be hung inside the apartment.<br><br><br><br>The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.<br><br><br><br>Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (€1.00 per person per night).<br><br>We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy. <br><br>You can find all the information on the official AlloggiatiWeb website at<br><br><br><br>. Check-in will be done via online self-check-in. Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment.<br><br>SELF-CHECK-IN: Instructions on how to retrieve the keys and access the apartment will be provided after you complete the online registration. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.
