It's a short walk to the beach and marina.Having the two bathrooms was a bonus and my grandsons loved the foosball table and the big open family room in the basement.The outside property is large and well kept with lots of room for the kids to play."

"In one word: fantastic! It is a newly built and well designed house so wonderful for a group of grown ups to gather, socialize and just have a great time! The variety and quantity of the kitchen tools are so abundant that made entertainment easier. The front large balcony is one of the best as it is where one can view the stunning sunset and look up into the sky to see the stars! The best for me is how promptly responsive the owner/host is. Any question I had prior to our arrival and during our stay was answered thoroughly that helped us greatly! "
