10/10 Excellent
"Clean property and helpful staff, awesome pool/firepits/volleyball area, BBQs r everywhere for use too but you have to use your own propane tank. There is a well stocked grocery store under 4 mins from this place. Comfy rooms though room 20 has a sharp metal corner in the bathroom that my mom got her arm scratched on"

The Robin's Nest Tobermory

The Robin's Nest Tobermory

10/10 Excellent
"The Robin's Nest is a gem in Tobermory. The location is just a 5 minute walk to the main harbour, restaurants, shops and boat excursions. The B & B property is a lovely structure nestled in the woods right off the main road. The 3 guest rooms are all uniquely named and decorated. We stayed 4 nights. Our room on the main floor had its own sitting and breakfast area outside the room overlooking the forest. The room was perfect, clean and spacious. The decorations included rough edge pine around mirrors and headboard of the bed. The washroom and shower were quite large and very modern. The facility has a very unique outdoor kitchen where breakfast is available for the guests. There is an array of fruits, cereals, homecooked muffins, special warm breakfast sandwiches, coffees, teas, local maple syrup, jams, and breads for toast. The owners, Jim and Robin, are exceptional hosts and always attentive to make all guests feel right at home. They are very knowledgeable of the Tobermory area and ready to offer suggestions of sights and eating establishments to visit. We would highly recommend The Robin's Nest to anyone wishing to visit Tobermory. Larry and Doris"

"This place is lovely. The view from the deck is wonderful and the location is excellent for Tobermory. There were some communication issues. The listing states in two places that bath towels are provided. However, the welcome message received just before arriving said no bath towels are provided. When contacted, the host provided 4 bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. More problematic was the internet which we were never able to connect and we did not receive a solution from the host. Otherwise the place is very nice and a good place to stay to visit the Bruce peninsula."

Cabin in Little Cove Adventure park, Tobermory Cabin 12

Cabin in Little Cove Adventure park, Tobermory Cabin 12

10/10 Excellent
"Very calm and beautiful grounds! We loved cabins 14 and 12. They’re not in the forested area, but they’re the only cabins with AC and are super close to the washrooms and shared grill. Bonus: Next to the grill, there’s an electric kettle and microwave- very helpful for meals! Each cabin also has its own fire pit and table. The high ropes are closed, but kids can use the low ropes, and ours loved them. Showers are $1 for 5 minutes. There’s a sink with cold water for dishes. Cabins are small. We used our bags as makeshift drawers. A few more hooks and at least one shelf would be a great improvement. The medium-size mini fridge with a small freezer section was great. Check-out was super easy- just drop off the keys. There’s one main garbage bin for everyone. Firewood is available for purchase, though the smaller packs are $9. Note: Cabins 1–5 are not accessible by car, as there’s no road to them."
