The breakfast wasn’t good enough for a 5 star hotel - Was something I’d expect in a 3 star - In particular the hot food. Continental style food was fine. The shower drain was partially clogged and the bathroom fan made strange noises. "

"Exactly as described online - a well presented, equipped and very private house in its own grounds, with plenty of shade from oak trees, thoroughly set up for outdoor living with pool and a choice of outdoor dining areas. Air conditioned throughout (a must when it is 39 deg C). Charming attentive host, who lives nearby off site. Excellent communications throughout, we could not have been made to feel more welcome - any minor domestic queries resolved the same day. A well deserved 10/10."
