"The hotel is four minutes from Grand Valley State University, right off of Lake Michigan Drive, which was great. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty descent. Some of the other hotels that offer breakfast usually have staff members come in and prepare the breakfast and that person stayed for the duration of the breakfast time. Here was a little different, the front desk clerk prepared the breakfast which means food was not refilled as readily as was needed. For half the breakfast time there was no sausage, very little gravy for the biscuits, there was an empty hot tray, and I couldn't tell you what was in it originally, someone took the syrup, and the milk was non-existent. "
