"Clean room, friendly staff, overall A+"

"Room was clean. Pillows were small, but they did give us two extra. Breakfast needed a little more variety and the orange juice was watered down. Staff was excellent. "

"The heater in one room had a gross smell and hadn’t been cleaned out in a very long time. Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. We canceled our reservation for the second night and found a more accommodating hotel to stay at. We will not be returning to a quality inn period. I would rather pay a little more money for better customer service! "

"No yogurt in the yogurt machine. Eggs were sitting out, not in the refrigerator and not cold; no conditioner in shower. Other than that, everything was fine. "
