"This was a fun hotel with lots of character. Clean room, friendly service. Having in room microwave/fridge would be nice. Bed was comfy and shower was great. Overall we enjoyed it. "

"Facility is clean and nice. Pool heater broken. Heater/AC was broken in the room. Entry was poorly labeled and hard to find where to unload. Staff was friendly, but did not answer when calling from the room."

"Pros: friendly staff. Nice room and view. Cons: some upper management person decided to allow a giant block of rooms that they did not have to be booked Friday morning. That evening I was not able to get into my room until 8pm, and only because I had prepaid earlier in the week. I watched dozens of travelers with reservations just get straight up turned away. Combining that with a giant block group showing up at once that even when my room was “ready” I stood in line for an hour to get checked in. Gigantic waste of money. The staff was apologetic and it’s not their fault but I’ll be registering a complaint with corporate."

"The front desk staff could definitely benefit from additional customer service training. While some interactions were fine, one particular staff member—an older woman working the front desk—was consistently unpleasant and took away from the overall experience. On a positive note, the food options were a highlight. The availability of a buffet was convenient and appreciated, and the manager seemed to make an effort to maintain consistency in that area. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk overshadowed the positives. "

"The staff and the ambiance is great. The price point for what you get for the rooms is sub-par. All rather over priced for what you get. The rooms are fun but small. Beds horrible. Heat comes on at five am no matter the setting you have it set at. "

"Fantastic ,walkable location. Loved the decor which is city chic. The host was helpful and responsive. Honestly they thought of everything. Would definitely stay here again. Loved my stay! "
