Grace Cottage is designed for easy, sociable living. The ground floor lounge offers a comfortable space to unwind with two sofas, a TV, and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings in. The open-plan kitchen and dining area encourages everyone to gather together, whether for relaxed breakfasts or shared evening meals after a day at the beach. Outside, the enclosed garden provides a private spot to sit back and enjoy fresh sea air in a peaceful setting.

Situated right in central Filey, Grace Cottage places everything within easy reach. Guests can stroll to the beach and promenade, pick up groceries and essentials in town, or choose from independent cafés, pubs, and takeaways for relaxed meals out. Scenic coastal walks lead towards Filey Brigg for sea views, rock pools, and coastal paths, while nearby green spaces and Filey Dams Nature Reserve offer opportunities to explore local wildlife.

The town centre location means most attractions are easily accessible on foot. Filey railway station provides handy links along the Yorkshire coast, including Scarborough and nearby coastal towns and villages. On-street parking is available, and while a car is not essential, it can be useful for exploring further afield, including the North York Moors. Leeds Bradford and Manchester airports are both reachable by car.

-Pets are allowed; well-behaved pets only
-Pets must stay downstairs and in the outside areas only
-Please keep noise to a minimum in the evenings when arriving and leaving
-Please leave the cottage as you found it and report any breakages promptly

Booking Policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival.
