"Patrick and his wife were excellent hosts ... happy and helpful. The Hotel is walking distance to the city. It is very clean and comfortable. 24 hour security. Good breakfast, too. I would stay there again."

"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."
