"I left too early for breakfast but had a wonderful $10 meal the evening before. The bungalow was not very big but plenty of room for myself and everything I needed was there. It was wrong, comfortable with DIRECTV and a hot shower. They arranged a $10 taxi ride to the airport, which took less than 15 minutes. The driver was there well before pick up time. Check out was simple and easy. We will be happy to stay there again on my next trip through Quito. "

"We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. The property is a great location close to the airport for anyone who wants to relax for the day. Although we stayed In a “premium” suite the space wasn’t as clean as the one we often stay. "They were not ready for our arrival. The hotel was locked behind bars when we came. They let us wait for additional 30 min to explain that we prepaid for the room. They still wanted us to pay. No water for drinking. The bathroom was clogged."
