The residential complex is located just 3 km from Benidorm beaches, 1 km from La Marina Shopping Centre and just 300 metres from the Amusement Parks (Terra Mítica, Terra Natura and Aqua Natura).
It is an apartment that has all the amenities distributed in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, independent kitchen and a living room connected to a very spacious terrace where you can enjoy the fantastic temperature that Benidorm has throughout the year.
The urbanisation is ideal for golf enthusiasts as they will be able to enjoy this sport on the adjacent courses, and it has a sports centre with paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, gym and Spa; as well as restaurants and terraces.
Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
