"I found this property kind of last-minute for a Levi ski trip away from dreary-winter Helsinki. We arrived late at night to the cozy aroma of a fireplace within a warm and charming cabin in the most peaceful, snowy woods one can imagine, and woke up the next morning with a dazzling view of the nearby snow-covered lake. "When you drive at this hotel you must see that you will be transfer by sea boat to your room or separate hause if you reserved hause. Small island and friendly owners help you to stay comfortable. You can take your favorite food and something for BBQ if you want. But if you haven't your food you can order bracfest and dinner through check-in. The sauna is large and very nicel--since it is connected to the bathroom, its residual heat makes the room nice and warm. The supplies are all first rate--lots of Ikea, although not overy generous. "Superbly designed and provisioned timber style compound in a serene, lakeside location. Impeccable communications and level of cleanliness provided by owners. This amazing property is immenently suitable for small families as well as extended family groups up to 13 persons. "This is a 5* property. Magical location, deep in the woods. Poor checkin, given the wrong code for the key box and we could not contact anyone which we found very stressful. Only 1 key left for 3 self locking doors on house and log cabin. This key got locked in the log cabin and we were offered a second to be delivered for €80. We instead drove for 70 mins to pick it up. Feedback:- house needs larger fresher smelling bath towels, bigger glasses and a dishwasher that works."

Lattialämmitys oli niin tehokas, että termostaatit piti laittaa n. 15 asteeseen, jotta asunnossa oli sopiva lämpötila (maaliskuu). "Loved the Resort Arctic Igloos. We stayed for 2 nights and can't see Aurora due to the weather too cloudy. The resort doesnt provide slippers ! The only setback Is the location. No buses, free shuttle service to near by mini market. Transportation need to pay ! Next time should rent a car for more convenient . "
