Located 30 km north of Westbank and Kelowna, 30 minutes drive along the Westside Road, in La Casa Resort Development. It is also 7 hours drive from Calgary or 4 hours from Vancouver.
In the summer, you will be able to enjoy all water sports on site, with the warm waters of Lake Okanagan through swimming, boating, aqua-park.
Onsite, you can enjoy the refreshing outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and private beach area in addition to mini golf, volley ball, 2 tennis courts, covered outdoor picnic and large community BBQ areas, a well equipped play ground, a marina & boat launch, lake recreation, beach, ATV areas and much more.
If you don’t have a boat, rent one just 10 km south of La Casa.
If you are seeking a winter holiday, this cottage will be a great base to enjoy skiing at the Big White Ski Resort (1 hour 45 minutes), Silver Star Resort (1 hour 15 minutes) and Crystal Mountain in Westbank (1 hour), or nearby snowshoeing and skiing in the backcountry.
There are over 20 wineries, as well as cheese factories, to visit and taste their products, spread out within 30-90 minutes driving from the cottage. As well as several golf courses for another great way to enjoy the hot sun of the Okanagan Valley. Closer to your vacation base, you are only 5 minutes driving north to the Fintry Provincial Park, and 10 minutes from horse riding and ATV riding at Fintry High Farm.

The cottage is strategically located halfway between the central amenities area and the beach/marina, close to a general store, and Cantina restaurant.
The cottage is brand new, completed on August 2019, and finished to a very high standard, complete with electrical indoor fireplace, quartz counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, partially laminated and partially marble floor and two full bathrooms, with marble floors and walls. There are four sleeping areas: two separate bedrooms with Queen bed, one King bed in the upper loft area, and a sofa bed in the loft converts in a king size bed.
All you need to bring is food and sunscreen, everything else is provided for you in the cottage from cooking utensils to bed linens and towels. Enjoy some wine on the glass-paneled deck, fire up the gas BBQ for dinner while watching the views over the lake.
Use the onsite boat launch and marina.
There's a hallway and Laundry room in the basement. The parking area in front of the house can accommodate up to 4 cars.
You take the stairs to the second floor where there's a Dining area, Kitchen, Living Room, two bedrooms (each of them with Queen size bed), 1 bathroom, and two patios. People can dine in the patio or in dining area. There's a patio at the back of the house that connects to the two bedrooms in the 2nd floor.
In the 3rd floor, there is one King bed in the loft area, and sofa bed as well which can turn into a second king bed size as well, so the house can accommodate up to 8 guests in total. There is a patio as well in the 3rd floor. There's a hanging hammock and several beach chairs (4 of them). There are big umbrellas in the 2nd and 3rd floor patios.
Generously proportioned rooms and a modern open floor plan make coming together easy so families or friends can join together to create those precious vacation memories.
