"Checked in and lugged all my luggage and two kids to the room for my key not to work. Paid $15 to park one car over night for their spaces to be full. The hotel is greedy and nickel and dimes you for EVERYTHING! "

"We stay here often and the elevator has been broken for at least a year and a half. Our bed was never made, only the towels were exchanged. The front desk told us the parking fee was a one time fee ( but we know from staying here that it is nightly) Speaking of parking, why is there a fee for a non resort hotel? never had one when we started staying here. "
