"This is a nice space - reviews said it was exceptional but I would not go just that far - it is a clean, solid hotel - It was clean but the rooms a little beaten up in some areas. Towels were so rough that it hurt my skin (had to use disposable washcloths I bought on Amazon) the free bre4akfast was just ok - the hot food was not great but I was able to grab a yogurt and some oatmeal for breakfast - the staff was friendly, great people! Cleaning staff was great, too - also loved that I could wash some clothes at their laundry room, - it was very clean "

"There were exposed rat/roach traps in some of the drawers and cabinets which was my biggest issue. The house is older which is typical of a farmhouse but there are a lot of repairs to be made. One of the shower doors is off track. Several cabinets in the bathroom don’t close and are blatantly broken. Paint is missing from a lot of the frames around the doors. The yard is in desperate need of some attention. The fire pit was sat in the driveway and the grass is so tall and there are tree limbs everywhere there was also no chairs for the fire pits like displayed in the photos. The house is a nice size for larger groups. I think with some care and attention this could be a really nice property. "

"The breakfast was actually horrible. The bananas were so brown none were edible. I took a pic if it gives me a chance to add. The staff was very rude. The fridge leaked all over the floor. The night clerk was very rude. "

"Very nice place. I loved the location. It was far out enough to enjoy fresh air but still close to activities and restaurants. It has plenty of room both indoors and out. I would have given 5 stars but the kitchen was not stocked very well and the bathroom towels and wash clothes were very cheap. "

"This was a great little getaway spot, especially if you are going to an event at Ramsey Solutions! Its less than a 5 minute walk! The rental was clean and very cozy. We had a group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers and we didn't feel cramped at all. The firepit was just right and the little creek behind was the perfect place for the tots to bloop rocks into the creek. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay!"

"We enjoyed this property very much for our entire family gathering! Every room has decorator beauty, Wonderful kitchen, appliances and supplies. We enjoyed all the patios especially the covered one with fireplace. The communication was always prompt and very kind. We hope to return next year! Thank you Chad for an incredible stay!"
