"Very nice private little cottage we really enjoyed our stay! To make this 6 stars.. it would of been nice if the grass on the deck/tenant area was cut it was alittle over grown, if there was paper towel provided (there was napkins), and a bigger sheet pan for the oven (there is a very small one thats almost a single serving size), and I had to ask for check in instructions but other then that we had a fabulous time and would definitely reccomend staying here to friends/family! "

"Large, clean rooms. Cliff at the front desk was a veritable encyclopedia of knowledge about what to see and do in Yosemite National Park. His suggestions were quite valuable in getting the most out of our visit to Yosemite, especially his strategies to avoid the large crowds at many locations (leave early [5:30 AM] and return to the hotel mid to late afternoon to avoid the huge crowds). The hotel is located within about 30 minutes of Yosemite, so we were in the park and driving to scenic destinations by 6 AM. With the early start we were generally able to find parking at the scenic destinations, and encountered smaller crowds."

"It felt like I was at camp, but with a lot more luxury--adult camp! Our cabin was one of the more uniquely decorated rooms we've stayed in--it was kind of steampunk, with whimsical art--I think the target audience might have been younger folks, but we loved it. The room had everything we needed (AC!), and the property has a laundry room which came in handy on our long trip. The best part for us was the dining hall, they had an eclectic menu with options for meaters (steak, ribs!) and veggies/vegans, breakfasts were tasty, and they had to go bfast and lunches for people looking to get out to Yosemite fast. Staff from check-in to food were all friendly and helpful. The grounds had a community kitchen, foosball, table tennis, board games, and a spa. A fun and well equipped little resort--we will definitely stay again if in the area."
