"This property is preparing to undergo renovation. I would not stay here. It felt more like a motel than a Hilton owned hotel. Pool staff lack hospitality skills. "

"I miss u guys but I found a motel tell in Alabama that is so much like your motel right down the wall over looking the tennis courts and school . For real only thing is the dumpster is in a different place. Lol "

"Everything was super clean and the lobby has been nicely updated. You can tell the rooms are more dated, mainly the bathrooms, but the hotel has done a nice job keeping everything very clean. My biggest compliment is the staff. Our stay was due to the proximity to the hospital and urgent appointments we had for my mom. We needed a lot of last minute special requests and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. It was exactly the kindness we needed during this stressful time. Thank-you!"

"Booked this hotel due to early morning flight on 3/29 needed to be at airport 5:15 am first shuttle didn't run until 6am, had to schedule a lyft. I called on 3/28 around 4pm advising I needed to drop off a rental car and would need a shuttle back to the hotel was told you don't even need to call as shuttle runs regularly. After dropping off rental car no shuttles in sight. Airport advised I needed to call and request one. I called only to be told last shuttle ran 45 minutes ago. Spent 30.00 on taxi to get to the hotel. Didn't appreciate misinformation provided when I specifically questioned shuttle service, I was NEVER advised shuttle service stopped at 9:45. Will NEVER book at that hotel again. "

"Checked into the first room had a real bad odor. Sent to another room that room had an old smell too . only one elevator worked the four days I was there, it was a lot of stress waiting on the elevator, had to use the stairs. Some of the cooked breakfast was cold and was not right. Property is close to the stadium "
