The property is very convenient and walkable with light luggage) to the cruise port and Riverwalk area. The room itself was very nice and the full size kitchen included all you would need to prepare a meal. I didn't use the washer or dryer, but it would be of benefit for a longer stay. I stayed one night pre cruise and will definitely stay at this property when sailing from Tampa.

One of the best place we've stayed. Everything was spotless and very well furnished. My husband and I had a great time staying there. We will definitely come back. One thing is we have to pay for the parking place with the mobile park day rate and an additional night rate. $11 for the whole night from 8pm to 11am, around $16 for the day, depends on how long you stay at the parking lot. Above all, thank you for all the effort putting in the room to make our stay extra comfortable!

If your stay is several days, this is a great option. Beautifully appointed efficiency within 10 min walk of downtown attractions. You get so much more for your money than a mainstream hotel as long as you don’t mind the walk. Modern, responsive, secure staff-less approach was flawless.

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our room. It appeared to be brand new, and the full size appliances ;including washer and dryer) were very good quality. Bathroom and shower were spacious, and the clever design of the bed raising up to the ceiling to open the living room floor space with sofa and coffee table was brilliant! Location was perfect and allowed us to easily walk to the Benchmark Arena, River Walk, and the free trolly we eventually learned about. The only negative was the high price to park ($35/day). Parking lots seemed to be cheaper….. Other than that, we had an excellent stay!
