The staff was so friendly, and the rooms were very nice: clean, comfortable and included a mini-bar stocked as part of the room price. Had to get our shower to use body wash/gand soap bolted to the bathroom vanity. Not ideal. No fresh towels daily. Cafe does decent coffee & nice breakfast. Close to Darling Harbour & China Town. "The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "

"A pleasant stay in a spacious cottage. All good if you ignore the check in failures and poor quality, limited TV offering. Cottage Point Kiosk is good for breakfast and lunch but Cottage Point Inn is expensive and only open for dinner on weekends. Apart from the road there are no walks from Cottage Point unless you drive out or further into the National Park."
