"The rooms were in excellent shape very spacey. Checking was easy checkout was easy too. If I had one complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was low but everything else was very wonderful."

"We loved this house!It was very clean, new, and well maintained. Everything was perfect and exactly as described. The host was extremely kind and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back next time and highly recommend this place!"

"Parking was plentiful. The host’s welcome basket was so sweet. Our host Rita was wonderful, quick to respond. Kitchen was well equipped."

"The overall home and view were wonderful! When we had a minor issue the response was not immediate and never resolved. We couldn't get the fire pit to light which was disappointing on the beautiful cool evenings. The refrigerator /freezer water filter had not been changed since 8/23, there were new filters but the one in was unable to be removed so we didn't have useable water or ice. The only other negative was limited glassware (3 water glasses and 6 juice glasses, although lots of wine glasses.) The kitchen was well equipped, and the area was beautiful and walkable to Channel Islands Marina with shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent again depending on the time of year due to no air-conditioning."
