"Dinner was 250 and we both didn’t even order entrees after we order the ceaser salad takes over an hour to get to the table and was just kinda mid over all needed more dressing both other appetizers were cold. The place ran out of power and the offered no way to help customers out just threw a bunch off glOw sticks on the ground. I understand being busy but this whole time there was a lack of customer service and a terrible reputation of the Hilton chain. Breakfast was good but saw lots people were getting denied breakfast and they had to close early because the were lots of orders. There is really not to much good things to say about except the location was great everything else was pretty underwhelming"

"This was a great place to stay for our family vacation. It is well kept, clean and spacious. The location is nice, a quick walk to the beach and there are beach toys available to help make the day at the beach comfortable. We loved grilling and hanging out at the place, also."

"The house was great! It was close to the Ventura Naval Base where our son's Change of Command Ceremony was so it was extremely convenient. I would absolutely stay here again. Our only issue was the directions and the check in. We had a later flight and by the time we landed, got our rental car, is was dark. The house is on XXX Court, which is right next to XXX Drive. It is a major, minor difference, except at night, in the dark. We put the address into Waze which took us there. But you can't see the street sign well, and it is a 45 degree turn to the right to get onto XXX Court, and a 90 degree turn to get onto XXX Drive. We turned onto XXX Drive and were essentially lost when we were actually right there. We drove up and down XXX Drive and couldn't find the unit. We wrote to the E-mail address that was provided. We finally realized we had to be on XXX Court and pulled into the unit. The listing does show there is a garage to park 2 cars in the garage and one outside of the garage. I did walk up to the garages that were next to the unit and entered the code that was provided. The unit is great. The book in the house with all of the information showed the garage and the entry code. By this time, it was 11:00 AM and no reply from the night before. I had to write another message, again no reply! I then wrote about the garage. There is no garage! Can't call anyone. Phone number listed called. Machine says "Do Not Leave Message." FINALLY got a rely. Poor communication"

"Perfect beach house for a dog-friendly getaway! Just steps from the sand, super modern inside with tons of comfy seating. Our pup loved it and so did we — clean, well-equipped, and in the perfect location. Highly recommend!"

"Loved the stay here. Didn't quite have the beach view, but it was close enough that it doesn't matter.Host was exceptionally wonderful and even let me use their bike since I didn't have a car. Easy to communicate with and gave lots of good info on nearby places for food and such.My only issue was the side table was the size of a large fist. A larger nightstand would've been nice."
