"The property is very well mantained. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. With a bonus view of the marina. The area is nice, quiet and just a 5 minute drive to the beaches and the departure point to Channel Islands. "

"Loved the stay here. Didn't quite have the beach view, but it was close enough that it doesn't matter.Host was exceptionally wonderful and even let me use their bike since I didn't have a car. Easy to communicate with and gave lots of good info on nearby places for food and such.My only issue was the side table was the size of a large fist. A larger nightstand would've been nice."

"This place was perfect! We had 10 people and spent the evening out in Ventura, but we almost wished we’d stayed in. There was plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen was huge, the roof deck was beautiful. All in all, so worth it!"

"Good location. Easy walk to beach. Layout was great. Teens/kids downstairs with jack-n-Jill bathroom. Then master upstairs. Loved the hot tub. Could use a few more kitchen items and couldn’t find a broom:) But overall great stay! We would come back for sure!"

"The house was very comfortable for our group and we liked the proximity to the ocean. Great size, number of bathrooms and sleeping options. Parking was not a problem with the large driveway and the rooftop deck was fantastic. Nice master bathroom. We had some issues with the tvs, the garbage disposal, oven and ice maker, and the stairs are very steep so wouldn’t recommend for older guests. But property management was very responsive and helped resolve some of the problems. It was unfortunately very windy for 2 of the days and there was a loud banging sound coming from the roof that kept us up but without the wind, not an issue. Overall we had a great stay. "
