"Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The property is just as described and the photos are accurate. The host was very responsive. Each detail was thought through, fans in each room, coffee provided, etc. The check in and check out was easy. We recommend it!"

"Rented the Chic Beach Shack for a month while my mom recovered from surgery and the place was perfect. Very close to the beach although to get a view of the ocean you have to walk across the sand as it is not just a straight even shot. Lisa’s place had everything we needed to relax and recover. The backyard was spacious and nicely put together for calm evenings. This property is exactly what it’s listed as, Chic Beach Shack. Definitely not a high end squeaky clean new property but was perfect for a cozy stay. AC units in all rooms were a huge plus as it did get stuffy and warm in May/June. My two small dogs loved their stay here as well! Very cute neighborhood with a friendly neighborhood bar. Lisa and team were very accommodating and quickly responded to all our needs."

Charming Silverstrand Beach Cottage Just Steps to the Sand!

"Marks’s place is absolutely Charming! Perfect for me, hubby and our 2 pittie’s. Property was secure for our dogs to go outside without worry of them leaving property. If you have a high jumper, know the front yard wall is about 4 ft high. Cottage is adorable and very clean. Master bedroom, we slept best in long time, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. 3 other bedrooms were cute w ample space, we closed off during our stay. Both bathrooms excellent water pressure. Did not cook, all kitchen essentials were available. WiFi worked great, no issues. Always felt safe, walking Silver Strand is amazing seeing all the different foliage, architecture, beach ocean:) Walking A Highly recommend Pepe’s for Mexican yums and Strandwich-brisket breakfast burrito is incredible! Mark is an excellent host!"

"Everything was amazing . From booking to checking in to the stay to checking out . The house was super cute and clean . The hosts were very nice and communicated effectively. The hot tub and backyard was maintained well . The neighbors were nice as well . Id definitely stay here again if I come back to the area !"

"Cute little house in a very convenient location to the beach! Was provided with necessary kitchen utensils and beach toys. Upper patio was nice with a beautiful view. Home was clean with necessary amenities. Host was responsive. Cons- ants were all over the kitchen and in the kitchen drawers. Master bathroom shower water was hot. Could not adjust temperature to get it cooler. Spare bathroom shower knob was broken and would not hold water temperature. Had to take cold shower. Outdoor shower was broken which made coming back from the beach covered in sand a little difficult. Would have been nice if that was working."
