Extremely helpful and kind staff member, took us to room & clearly explained everything. Directed us to better parking than where we had chosen. Lovely clean comfy room, plenty of tea, coffee, hit chocolate. Aldi over the road for breakfast.

Really nice apartment, easy to find in the city Center and quite close to a lot of things.
The only negative I would have to say is there is no elevator, being in a Buissness trip I had to cart my suitcases up and down the stairs several times. So would advise packing light.
