"The hotel is recently renovated (2024), and is small (used to be a Monastery) but very beautiful… the grounds are meant to be explored and delight upon. If the hotel is great, the staff, however, is on another level of excellence !!! They couldn’t be more lovely, helpful, and just AMAZING to my daughter and myself! Especially Michela!!! The restaurant and bar menus are so delicious, there are no words! The restaurant’s chef should have a Michelin star, what he gave us were not carefully planned dishes, but masterpieces! It was an experience all in itself! The wine tasting they arranged for us was wonderful as well, and so were the spa treatments… The room was on the small side, but more than enough and so nicely decorated and organized that it wasn’t an issue. Thank you Hotel La Monastica, it was an unforgetable stay, I really hope we can come back soon!!"

"Everything. Beautifully furnished room,quite unique,comfy large bed ,fantastic brand new shower,huge sink,lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean throughout. Blackout curtains. Excellent lighting. Wonderful breakfast included with table service and s huge selection of food. Pancakes are delicious. .an amazing view from the restaurant on 5th floor. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Has great spa facilities but I did not use them. Right in the centre of Montecatini terme in a great position,5 mins by foot from train station and bus stop . All the amenities and shops on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes,etc. Can't fault it and would definitely return and recommend it.to anyone. Value for money unbeatable. "
