"The staff was friendly, knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. There was limited parking and a confusing bar code system. Breakfast was good."

"We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was so nice to walk right to the Hot Springs. The history of the hotel is very well displayed, and we thoroughly enjoyed that. The only slight concern that I had was that the bed was very uncomfortable. Besides that we had a wonderful stay."

"We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in. Host was courteous and professional. We had an issue with our toilet. The manager stopped what he was doing and fixed it on the spot."
