"We had such a wonderful stay from start to finish! The location was fantastic - steps away from the Saturday Farmer’s Market and the rodeo. We were able to walk everywhere with 2 toddlers! The property was lovely, comfortable, clean, and stocked with little touches like snacks and extra blankets for guests. It’s not often you find such a great VRBO with such a great and communicative host. Thank you! We hope to stay again in the future!"

"Location of apartment is excellent and very close to downtown. Inside of apartment is very nice. You need to go out and around back to access the common outdoor area. The area was nice and shady in the late afternoon. We enjoyed using it. The outside of the building and central hall leading to the different condos could use some sprucing up! All in all a nice, convenient place to stage in Steamboat Springs."

"This was a beautiful property. The only issue we had was it was a basement style apartment without a fire escape (windows are not egress and upstairs condo/apt had a deck built of window openings). It was extremely clean and well kept."

"The condo itself is lovely. This was our second time to stay there. Well located between Yampa St (the river) and Lincoln (main drag).Unfortunately they are building some tall penthouse condos about 5 ft from the balcony of this Alpen Glow condo. View completely blocked. AND the porta john and dumpster are located spitting distance from balcony. Wonderful, NOT.The help numbers given in email did not work. Once we got in, there was a number that did work taped to back of front door. The unit is managed by a management company and not the owner. So they are not too interested. Anyway, the condo is great and well located, other than the new build literally on top of it and the management company seemed very meh."

"Check in was easy, location of apartment was good. A few major things need serious updating to be a 5 star. Paint was very rundown- especially in the bathroom- bathroom ceiling needs a deep cleaning. To be honest, this was more of a 3.5 stars. Bed/mattress and sheets were very concerning. Polyester sheets made sleeping extremely hot, mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in memory. So soft that me and my partner basically sank into a hole in the middle every night. I appreciate the trendy decor but it would be more pertinent to focus on the essentials. "
