"This was the best hotel in my 5th year of coming to Steamboat Springs. The soundproofing was excellent. I couldn't even hear the people upstairs stomping around which is the usual problem when in ground level room. I always love a walk-in shower. The only suggestion would be to have shelving inside the shower. It would be nice to have personal items off the floor."

"As seniors, the process of maneuvering the luggage cart to the room was very difficult, primarily due to the condition of the badly deteriorated parking lot and the broken entry door to the long hallway that led to the tiny elevator. The online pictures were deceptively better than the actual property, probably because of the advanced aging of the building. However the cleanliness of the room was excellent, even with the popcorn ceiling and ancient carpet. The price was very reasonable for Steamboat, so I suppose it was a good deal on a 1980s building. The road from the highway to the entrance was abysmal."

"The condo itself is lovely. This was our second time to stay there. Well located between Yampa St (the river) and Lincoln (main drag).Unfortunately they are building some tall penthouse condos about 5 ft from the balcony of this Alpen Glow condo. View completely blocked. AND the porta john and dumpster are located spitting distance from balcony. Wonderful, NOT.The help numbers given in email did not work. Once we got in, there was a number that did work taped to back of front door. The unit is managed by a management company and not the owner. So they are not too interested. Anyway, the condo is great and well located, other than the new build literally on top of it and the management company seemed very meh."

"This townhouse was exactly what we wanted! Having a fenced in outdoor space for our dog was a game changer and we loved the views of downtown, the river, and Sleeping Giant off the front balcony. Very spacious layout and a great/well stocked kitchen. The iTrip folks were very communicative and checked in with us frequently throughout our stay."
