Modern look house with 2 parking spaces, an electric charger for electric cars and a lovely garden overlooking the Elvetham Heath forest trees.
In the living room you will find a piano , a gym machine , a table for 6-8 people to dine, a TV and a double sofa bed.
First floor is presented with a spacious Master bed with en -suite shower and build in wardrobes, a new modern underfloor heating bathroom, and a medium size room with one single bed ( great for
a child up to 175cm).
Also on the first floor you will find an office room (can be converted in a single sleeping room).
The loft is on the second floor included a private shower room and a great space for work , sleep and relaxing ( king size bed+build in wardrobes).
