The facility was extremely clean, modern, and spacious. It felt more like a Nordic apartment than a hotel. And for a price when we stayed, that is one heck of a deal. It came with great amenities like a kitchen and a washer + dryer combo.
It is also extremely easy to get to from Oslo S. Use the elevator on the south side between tracks 3 and 4 (where you will alight from the airport train), turn left on the bridge, use the elevator there, then walk down Toyenbekken and turn right on Gronlandsleiret. Took us 8 minutes and was super easy.
The neighbourhood is sketchy at night, but we didn't feel too uneasy at 11 pm. But if you are travelling alone, I would suggest sticking to the main street only at night (Gronlandsleiret). During the day, it feels very safe.

Very nice hotel. Close to restaurants and attractions. The breakfast buffet was incredible! I have never seen a buffet like it anywhere! Great experience!

The welcome from the staff was excellent. Sadly the rooms are tired and the breakfast is average. Very small plates and terrible coffee.
