Elegant, recently renovated apartment just 3 km from Florence’s historic center. Located in a quiet area, it offers private parking and an exclusive outdoor space. Enjoy all comforts: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with spacious shower, washer-dryer, bed linens, towels, and courtesy kit. Pets are welcome.



The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, 55” LCD TV, dining table for 4, and a kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Access is through a private outdoor area furnished with table, chairs, armchair, and small sofa.



The double bedroom has a standard bed with linens, extra blankets and pillows, blackout curtains, large wardrobe, dresser, and 55” LCD TV. The laundry area provides a washer-dryer, detergents, iron, ironing board, and spacious shoe rack.



The bathroom includes a large shower, towels for 2, soap, and hairdryer.



Private parking is right in front of the entrance, accessible via automatic gate.
