Nicest staff. We checked in after hours and the instructions were clear and we got in to our room easily. The staff is ready to help you with any needs. Breakfast brought to our room daily. Delicious. Would love to stay again and would highly recommend

We stayed here from APRIL 2nd till April 5th .I can not tell enough how happy I am with this hotel. I have very high expectations standards. But this hotel has everything I was looking for and staff are amazing and helpful. Location is great. Very nice view and friendly neighborhood and cool atmosphere's . Delicious breakfast. I wish I could give them all 100. Definitely I be back and this location is highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing. Surpassed all my expectations. The service was top notch and the location couldnt be better. The hotel is located in Piazza Di Signoria which is breath taking and a very short walk to shopping, the Uffizi museum, and tons of dining options. Would definitely stay there again!

Loud music and parties detracted from the visit.
Beautiful property in a very convenient spot on the Piazza. We were very disappointed by the noise immediately below us, which made it impossible to sleep until late into the night. Loud disco music past midnight combined with shouting and partying characterized our experience on floor two, directly above the Gucci bar. Higher rooms probably do not have this problem, but the hotel was booked, so we were stuck. We notified the property manager, but they were unable to cure the problem and refused a refund, saying the issue was out of their control.

hello, we are very sorry for the incovinient.we are in the heart of the city center, your room has a beautifull view of the Palazzo Vecchio and all the square.as we are in the city center there are also restaurant and bars. sometimes they do laoud noise but just until midnight. they are not under our control.sorry about that,kind regads,claudia

The best location!
I am fairly certain the suite I booked was not the one we were put into. But I’m not complaining! We were in the “penthouse” suite – at the top level. (The only issue with this is there’s no lift in this hotel and we had to haul our luggage up 4 flights of stairs!) The suite was huge - bedroom with a large sitting area, a second bedroom, a huge bathroom with two sinks, and a FULLY equipped kitchen with a little dining table. Powerful AC is a bonus! My only complaint was that none of the windows opened to the outside. They all opened to a courtyard or hallway. The location could not be beat! You are in the heart of historic Florence and walkable to anything you could want to do.

You cannot find any thing better located in the Florence. In the botto of Palazzo Vecchio, on the Piazza Signora in the authentic building built in XVI cent I ry there is an apartment- full of amenities and very comfortable and attractive.

We love our stay is at La Casa del Garbo. The location is extremely convenient at the Piazza Signoria just in front of the Veccio Palace. Claudia and her team was very nice. I do recommend this location.

The property, staff, and location are great. The in-room breakfast served daily was also great. Our only issue, and it was a big one, was that the air conditioning is turned off prior to mid-May. We visited in mid-April and our room was extremely hot. We were given a fan, but it didnt help much. Opening the windows in our "Beatrice" room did not help as they led out to small enclosed interior courtyards with little air circulation and restaurant exhaust. Unfortunately, the heat issue, easily over 80 degrees at night, put a big damper on our stay.

The property is located in In an excellent area. Safe for those late nights coming home. Great restaurants, pub that’s open till 2 (karaoke). Gucci gardens next door for that special something different. Staff is very friendly and amenable to all your needs.

This was a fantastic lication...i repeat fantastic..i was blown away at the location of this property. Our window view was neptune's fountain. In the center of town. Walking distance to all the sites. If you get the chance to stay here you will be amazed at the location.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. It was very cool to have windows opening up onto Piazza Della Signoria, not too noisy considering it is a major square in the city. Close to everything. Staff were courteous and helpful. Nice to have breakfast served directly to our room. Very happy with our stay.

The hotel is surprising quiet considering it is right in the middle of the square. We didn't eat breakfast in, but the room, bathroom, and overall accommodations were better than the pictures show. The best part of staying here was that it was right in the middle of everything, which made walking to the sites, shopping, and restaurants easy. Great place to stay for those that have never visited Florence before and are looking to hit up the big attractions, but want a quiet room to come back home to.

Nice little vintage room
The building is very old and has a beautiful vintage decor style. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. You need to carry 3 big keys to access the building and your room. Natural lighting is not good( not sure if it's from the weather) I wish the room is a little bigger too.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Right in the square close to many attractions. The only problem I had was finding the place. The sign is very small and not lit. I must have passed the place at least 5 times

This property faces on a lovely square in Florence with shopping and restaurants close by. It was a lovely place to stay and very comfortable. Our only small complaint was that we were on the top floor and there is no elevator available. The building is a heritage location and they do not have permits to incorporate an elevator. Try to pack light :)

Brilliant location in piazza della signoria. Honestly we looked out of our window to Palazzo Vecchio. Really comfortable room and we felt immersed in the citta di Firenze for 3 days! Staff were great, room super comfortable. We didn’t do their breakfast as we were so close to so many trattorias. Molto bene!

Neither Luxury, nor Suites. Avoid this Place.
They call themselves a "luxury" hotel with "suites". Well, neither is true. My room was small, definitely not a suite. There's a lot of noise coming from the plaza nearby and the windows are not sound proof, nor do they keep the light out. There is only one person on staff, who leaves by 7pm and they charge you an extra 30 euros for checkins after that time. The staff is quite unhelpful - they didn't even help me with my heavy luggage. They ordered me a taxi to the airport and said it would be 20 euros. The taxi driver charged me more than 32 euros.

This property is located in a wonderful area. The square is full of entertainment and the great statue of David. The rooms are comfortable and quaint with their old world charm. We truly enjoyed staying here. The only problem was at the end, they charged us twice for the city taxes...I asked them about it and they ignored me.
