Amazing location and apartment! 20 steps from piazza Santa Croce and the Basilica di Santa Croce. The apartment was very modern, extremely spacious and nice, with great showers and comfortable beds. The communication between the host and myself, as well as the help desk on the phone was one of the best experiences I’ve had in twenty years of traveling! Highly recommend!

Two single beds joined together, not advertised double. Hard to sleep, wake up fallen in crack all the time. Living room space taken by picnic bed which is totally out of place. Very cold all the time; there is thermostat but good luck figuring how it works. Washer and dryer, no pods and dryer does not work. Nespresso machine, but no pods provided. Kitchen fairly well equipped, but no cutting knives or cutting board. No clock anywhere on premises. Very dark inside, even in middle of the day. It is quiet and good location, but overall foreboding, unpleasant feeling

Messaged the property twice with no response at all. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern and comfortable, in a quiet part of the city in Santa Croce and it was amazing. No elevator but wide staircases for luggage.
