On request private parking not guarded. It is necessary to agree in advance the time of check in for the delivery of the keys, please be punctual and advise in time in case of delay. Cleaning fee: you will find your apartment clean, comfortable beds, fresh sheets, towels. For long stays you will have the need for cleaning maintenance, clothesline and iron. The Municipality of Florence since 2011 applies a tourist tax for rented properties for tourist use of € 3 per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights, for each person over 12 years).
