Pros: Location. Bedroom air conditioning. Stove, washing machine, pans, glasses, cutlery, bath towels and comfy bed were in working order. Pejman, our concierge, was lovely. The communication between management was good. Cons: Smell in the living room. It smelled like rotten food or musty something. I mopped the floor twice, spent my own money on a can of room deodorant and still the smell lingered. Management sent carcinogenic deodorants. The living room air conditioning unit didn't work. Two days prior to coming I asked about air conditioning...they said it works! On Google maps you will find "Casa Rosina" with reviews from 6 years ago. Terrible reviews about the lack of air conditioning...hence the reason I asked. The management sent a fan to blow the hot air around. Then there is a french press without the screen. The coffee pods don't match the coffee maker. The internet is sporadic. Don't expect to stream any videos without disruption. The rusty shower ledge is made of cheap metal. No toilet brush, dish towels or paper towels. The clothes drying rack has broken wires. Neither clocked worked. No kettle for tea or coffee. I did offer them an option to compensate me for the smell and lack of air conditioning, but they said no. It would have gone a long way to repair the negative issues we faced.I can not recommend this accommodation. Maybe when they see my review they will take my advice and fix all the problems. But maybe not.
