We have done our best to satisfy you, we have changed the mattress when you requested it, the on on the right side as you reported the first morning. On check out you told me nobody has changed it and that you talked to the housekeeping who did not know anything about the problem, but the housekeeper herself changed the matrres replacing it with a brand new one, you never talked to her.I also remind you that there are different ways of saying things, it is certainly not our intention to make customers have a bad stay, a little courtesy often helps.RegardsChiaraFront office manager
